What should I expect at my first chiropractic visit?

Your first visit includes a detailed health history, along with a full mobility and orthopedic assessment. If needed, we will take digital X-rays in-office to better understand your spine and structure. You’ll also receive your first chiropractic adjustment on the same day!

What happens at my second visit?

During your second visit, we will provide a complimentary session of electronic muscle stimulation (optional), review your X-ray findings (if taken), and complete a chiropractic adjustment. You will receive a personalized care plan tailored to your condition, goals, and schedule.

What is a “Wellness Adjustment” visit?

A wellness visit typically includes light stretching followed by a chiropractic adjustment. These visits are ideal for patients maintaining their progress or coming in for preventative care and overall function.

Will I need X-rays at my first visit?

X-rays are only taken if Dr. Vinay determines they’re necessary based on your exam findings. They are not required for every patient. If you’re pregnant or under a certain age, we will avoid imaging and explore alternative assessment methods.

Do you accept insurance? What if I don’t have any?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans and will review your benefits with you at your first appointment. If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, we offer affordable self-pay options.

Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?

No referral is needed to schedule an appointment with us. You can contact us directly to book your first visit.

Do you treat auto accident or personal injury cases?

Yes, we treat patients involved in car accidents (MVA cases). Please bring your case number, adjuster’s contact information, and any attorney details to your first visit so we can coordinate proper documentation and billing.

How often should I get adjusted?

At your second visit, Dr. Vinay will work with you to create a customized care plan based on your condition, goals, and schedule. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—we tailor your health plan to your individual needs.

Do I have to get my neck adjusted?

Not at all. If you’re uncomfortable with neck adjustments, we will respect your preferences and use alternative techniques to support your care. Your comfort and trust are always our top priority.
